It's the best credit card I found, no annual or subscription charges, no forex markup.. excellent for foreign spends. I just loved it. Not giving the final star because I think the limit should have been higher, for other credit cards I usually have almost an 4x-5x limit ( although they are not specifically forex cards). so if there's an option provided where the credit limit can be evaluated again or increased it will be very helpful

The app interface is good. But, Scapia needs major improvements in other categories. I booked a flight from the app. Later, a few days before the flight, I find out that even though I paid, the booking was not confirmed due to some issues with their application. No one called from scapia to inform me about this. And when i complained, the staff was clueless as to what to do. also they did not take any responsibility or action to ensure that I had a booked seat or be provided with diff. amt.

Unacceptable and borderline fraudulent. My flight was cancelled on 6th Dec and the airline confirmed the refund to this app with a reference number. Yet the app is withholding my money. I raised ticket and sent multiple emails—no resolution, no response, no accountability. Quick to take payment, disappears for refunds. Avoid this app at all costs. If you book through them and your flight gets cancelled, be prepared to chase your own money endlessly.
