It's the best credit card I found, no annual or subscription charges, no forex markup.. excellent for foreign spends. I just loved it. Not giving the final star because I think the limit should have been higher, for other credit cards I usually have almost an 4x-5x limit ( although they are not specifically forex cards). so if there's an option provided where the credit limit can be evaluated again or increased it will be very helpful

Edited. after a response from the team, i emailed the issue as per instructions and have had zero action taken till now other than them opening a ticket. absolutely shoddy customer service. Be careful when you do your kyc online on their app. After logging in the app doesn't open. just shows a page saying 'This will just take a second' I have no idea what's happening after my verification

Extremely disappointing experience. I had applied for the card a few days back. My card is approved, my video KYC is also done, I was redirected to install this app but ever since, the app is at a standstill. I cannot access even a virtual card nor can I see anything else on the app. The screen on the app is frozen and only shows "This will take just a second". Not the experience I had expected while applying. I am gonna return the card if the service is like this!!

What’s new

We have multiple updates for you. For cards, tribe members can now add a new credit card for bill payments by simply pointing their camera at the card. No manual entry required. Also, they can now add a Scan & Pay widget directly to their home screen. Scapia Pay opens instantly, making your payments as quick and fluid as the entire experience.
