It's the best credit card I found, no annual or subscription charges, no forex markup.. excellent for foreign spends. I just loved it. Not giving the final star because I think the limit should have been higher, for other credit cards I usually have almost an 4x-5x limit ( although they are not specifically forex cards). so if there's an option provided where the credit limit can be evaluated again or increased it will be very helpful

App lags at times, takes forever to load. wasted a lot of time in a basic transaction on Microsoft website, didn't work. The same worked with BoB card in less than 5 mins following the same process. Customer support also seems to little to no knowledge to provide correct information.

So far so good. Easy & convenient use. Scapia Coins are just amazing. If you want to improve UX further, then you've to address the following - 1. Performance of the App while entering MPIN. It lags a bit now. 2. Unlocking the Badges promptly, as and when a milestone is achieved. I had to log a Service Request to unlock them, post completing a couple of milestones.
