It's the best credit card I found, no annual or subscription charges, no forex markup.. excellent for foreign spends. I just loved it. Not giving the final star because I think the limit should have been higher, for other credit cards I usually have almost an 4x-5x limit ( although they are not specifically forex cards). so if there's an option provided where the credit limit can be evaluated again or increased it will be very helpful

The app and its features are appealing, but never try to book anything through them, especially not a visa. My experience applying for a visa through them was one of the worst. If they can't even manage to get or apply for the easiest visas for Southeast Asian countries, forget about Europe or other places. They claim or state a 7-day processing time for visas, but I had to remind them to apply because it wasn't done within those 7 days. Then, they reply with "ticket resolved" when it is not.

Edited. after a response from the team, i emailed the issue as per instructions and have had zero action taken till now other than them opening a ticket. absolutely shoddy customer service. Be careful when you do your kyc online on their app. After logging in the app doesn't open. just shows a page saying 'This will just take a second' I have no idea what's happening after my verification
