very poor service i installed the App in mid March and completed all the video Kyc formalities and the app showed me wait forv24 to 48 hrs n till now the status is the same. twice I did T&C acceptance n twice my credit score check was done. i. emailed customer care & called the call centre team and they do not revert it's been a month and till now no status on the credit card approval ...it's a waste of time n energy. very very poor service at this stage to issue credit card what will be later

I bought a new phone and with the same sim ,iam unable to link the Sim to app. I've done the same in all other banking apps. it seems like ***t sometimes. Latest Update. iam seeing the version in Playstore as 20096.205 and No Update pending. The customer care is asking to update to 20097. Can u "release " it for me. I'm waiting to login since 16.3.25!!!

The BEST 3rd class app and card ever I've came across. I applied for card but there was Landmark not filled and they are not providing me any option to edit neither in app nor in customer care support and also not in email. They are telling me to wait for another 90 days to re-apply. Isn't it THE rubbish company which is running in India. Do share me your thought by liking my review.
