It's the best credit card I found, no annual or subscription charges, no forex markup.. excellent for foreign spends. I just loved it. Not giving the final star because I think the limit should have been higher, for other credit cards I usually have almost an 4x-5x limit ( although they are not specifically forex cards). so if there's an option provided where the credit limit can be evaluated again or increased it will be very helpful

Worst Experience I have been facing issues with this app for almost a month. Initially, the app was showing a message saying that due to some technical problem, they were unable to display my transaction details. Now, the app itself is not opening at all. I have already spent more than ₹25,000 using this card, but I am unable to check where and how much I have spent. I also have no proper way to track my transactions or know how much payment is due, which makes it extremely difficult to manage

2 key issues why i stopped using Scapia card: 1) App is very heavy and keeps crashing 2) Airport privileges r enabled only by Scanning boarding pass inside app - due to app crashes it becomes difficult to scan/upload boarding pass, and if boarding pass generated on thermal paper they kiosk self-checkin , the app struggles to read it need to enable POS dip/tap for lounge access thru Physical card
