I am getting annoyed at Consumer Cellular for locking me out of a 3 month old phone, without any notice, as they quietly discontinued support for a Samsung A34. Then they locked me out of MY account for 24 hours for using a password/pin which they thought was the wrong one. Turned out it wasn't the wrong one but that did not matter. And all this just before a 7 week trip where a phone is essential. The app does some things but provided no help here. People either. Hugely frustrating.

There's no point to install an app when it doesn't fully function directly from the app itself. Half the time this app redirects to the website where you must log in AGAIN. As other reviewers stated, it scrolls down a tiny bit then hits an abrupt stop even though it's not the end of the page. Plus, with these glitches, the security is likely to be flawed also, so I don't trust being able to pay through the app. Useless to have installed until it's fixed.

The app should be better from a service provider. App is slow and doesn't provide individual info for customer. Basically a bill statement without a clear explaination of charges. I was quoted a price when I switched service but charged more the first month. I contacted customer service they told me it was my error (it was not, I wrote down everything the woman said about the service and billing details) and they would apply the deal in future. Still not right.
