I've seen several people here with the same complaint that I have about the app. Essentially it's useless most of the time. It tells me it's a failed login and doesn't recognize the password. I can sign onto the website with no problems, I have the password memorized, and written down in my files. So I'm certain it's not me. I have been very happy with the phone service, the price is great and the customer service is excellent, but this app seriously needs a makeover.

When viewing Account Details, you literally cannot scroll down. This has been an issue for like 1-2 years now. The only way to view this stuff is in your browser, unless you have an iPhone. They treat the Android app horribly. Also the new voicemail they added in early 2025 is so slow talking and much more annoying than the older one. The sad part is, this company is great and good prices but the app and voicemail are horrible...

For last couple of years this app will only work occasionally, then you can not log in because of incorrect username or password, when both were the same when it was working. Trying to reset password was an exercise in futility. Customer support had a different "solution" every time you contacted them. Again sometimes it worked but most of the time it didn't. App is a complete zero. If you want to check your usage with CC you will simply have to call them and go through thier menu.
