Avoid at all cost the debt collection certificate, they can't deliver it and they don't provide a refund either.

They disabled my account without notice and no possibility to reach them by phone or email I set up my account to find the next tenant for my apartment in Zurich and my account was disabled out of nothing. no notice, nothing. I tried to contact them via email and calling the number. Also no response.
