Ratings and reviews

Simply bad. It advertises offers that are not actually bookable via the app nor website, not just special offers but even a disabled person ticket. It is impossible to contact "support", to raise an issue with their app/website, without paying 1 CHF/min to call them and be put on hold for 10 mins. And they don't reply to messages sent via their contact form. Their support feels like a total scam. Of all the terrible booking apps out there (and most are terrible) tickercorner seems to be worse...

The app is good and well structured. However, I recently found an upcoming concert but the tickets were not on sale. So I clicked the bookmark and the heart signs. Unfortunately when the tickets were on sale I did not get a notification. This feature could be improved I guess. Thank you guys for your efforts.

Whenever I wanted to buy Skitickets through that app it never worked despite I tried several times, my login credentials were not recognized so I needed to create new ones. Also when I tried buying concert tickets the app was terribly slow so I needed to buy through the website instead. So poor quality and usability
