Ratings and reviews

Disappointed. The app does not accept the new swiss QR codes for paying bills. Error message from Android ZKB online banking app is: "Invalid Swiss QR Code". How can ZKB possibly make something less reliable than the system that came before it!? The old scanning system was not great, but always worked. Still a problem, I have tried test QR codes and they also don't work!

"We are unable to process your request" error when selecting assest view. Data cleared app reinstalled an registered again. Poor support skills keeping me busy supporting their problem determination process instead of fixing the error introduced with recent release. 2nd custody account not visible anymore. Asset view filter not working. Really bad quality assurance testing and most importantly of al,l customer experience, for a financial institute of that size.

Functionally it has everything you ever need with terrible design and a lot of clutter. Also kudos for ZKB that you can deposit coins. Using the app for sending money takes a lot of unnecessary and annoying steps. You can enter the amount you want to send, but you can only see how much you have after the next step. It needs a 2nd app just so this can work, what a joke 10 years ago made some sense, nowadays we have fingerprint and passkey.
