WHY WE NEED LOCATION DATA

Chipolo uses location data to display the last known location of your Chipolo tracking tag in the Chipolo app, to trigger Out of Range Alerts on your phone and to display your phone's location in the Chipolo web app, even when the app is running in the background. Additionally, Chipolo may use your location when scanning for nearby Chipolo tracking tags as part of the community search feature that helps our users find each other’s Chipolos.

I can't find my key. Im giving a 1-star rating due to my lack of understanding of the cause of the issue or the Chipolo device itself. At one point, I would have given both a five-star rating. You may require both to function in harmony to be efficient. Still, due to my lack of technical proficiency, I would kindly refrain from reviewing this product if you possess more knowledge than I do. I have only been using this tracker for a few months and have used it a few times for my keys.

This whole product is garbage. I got a pop point and a card, added them to Find My Device, and a week later they had disappeared. I re-connected the pop through the app, and it said it was added to My Devices, but it's not there. The card can't be found by the app or Find My Device, it just beeps and beeps but never connects. Customer service is useless, unhelpful and rude.

Love the hardware - the wallet card and the fob (One) are good sized. However the app and location detection aren't great. I constantly get a notification that I may have left my wallet behind (Card tracker) when it's on my body. However, I rarely get a notification if I've left my keys behind (One). I've been in numerous situations at home luckily where the connection to the Card drops and my only option is to mark it as lost instead of ringing it to locate... And it's only a room away.
