I have used this app for years and swear by it except for right now on my android phone it is downloaded but it says that I have to do the trial in order to sync it. I already pay for premium so I don’t want to pay for it twice. And it has always been my problem which makes it hard because it is more convenient to have on both but moreover on days I don’t have mini IPad it would be nice to use my phone. So it is a little frustrating not to be able to sync.

I've used this app for many years. Now, $4.99/year subcription required, no side search bar and a $9.99 version? When switching from iPhone to Android phone, I expected to buy the the app for the Android. What I was surprised at was now having a subscription requirement in order to synchronize. Okay, it's only $4.99 a year, I can live with that and the app is worth it. But then when I get into the app, I find they have eliminated the alphabetical search bar on the right side - requiring TYPING to get to an entry - and I've got over 200 entries!! I don't want to scroll and I don't want to have to type letters to get through the items. Useless "upgrade" ...bring back the side search bar. Finally, what is the $9.99 version for? Is it different than this $4.99/year version? Does it have the side search bar?

Beware! No support offered. I've been using Data Vault for a LONG time (about 8 years) and loved it as it worked flawlessly on multiple devices. On December 24th, Data Vault wouldn't open on my Windows PC. I tried everything: restarted PC, uninstalled Data Vault and tried to reinstall it. I keep getting error messages and I have sent 6 messages to support! The best "support" that they offer is turn of PC and restart. When I told them that I had already done it and to refer to previous email, they told me to uninstall it. Again, I referred them to previous email and now they are not replying to my emails! I hate the thought of not using Data Vault. I have highly recommended it to others, but can no longer do so. It still works fine on my Android but it is useless to me if I cannot use it on my PC. I guess I will have to find a substitute since Data Vault support cannot "support" their software.
