This company changes things without notice. During the pandemic I register for their free low income service as I was on unemployment. Not but 6 months later they cancel it without notice saying that I breached the contract. They would not tell me a damn thing of what I did. everything I did did was not mentioned in the contract as breaching the contract. So I decided to subscribe to the monthly no unlock fees. And just recently they canceled it without notice. This company is it's pathetic.

Way to expensive. I went 1 mile and it cost me almost $30. Also I had a free ride promo saved on my account but when I went to pay it was gone. Some how it was deleted from my account. Then I thought I ended the ride and I clearly didn't and the app just kept charging me by the minute, @ 39¢ a minute. I've never had these kinds of problems when I use Lime Scooters. ☹️☹️

Started a bird scooter, someone else apparently parked it in a no parking zone. It started for me but then wouldn't start, it stayed locked! Didn't get to ride and it charged me about $10 to ride nowhere! Ended up late to work because of this as well. Requested refund and they are giving me $5 back in credit even though I want able to use! Bird is terrible
