Not sure what all the negative reviews are for. This service ended up being the perfect thing for me. It's so convenient and the provider I found is very easy to talk to. Much faster than communicating with a regular doctor's office. I've never had an issue with scheduling or logging in. This was an easy way to get help with my ADHD (I did not have a complex medical history so Circle Medical was able to help me). I just wish they took my insurance and there was a way to use my laptop for videos.

App was unable to connect to my appointment correctly. On a fiber Wi-Fi connection, 3 feet from signal, and internet working fine on my home computers connected same way. It was frustrating not being able to meet with the doctor and get the help I need. It was also very frustrating not knowing what's next. Were they going to call me back, were they going to reschedule, what is the expected time frame, etc... I do not recommend this app, for now. Maybe I'll come back and update this later.

Booked an appointment and was promoted to download the app. Did the download but when trying to setup my account and verify the account, my keyboard wouldn't come up so I could enter verification code and couldn't copy and paste either. No work around. Absolutely useless and had to cancel my appointment since I couldn't get the app to work.
