My account was blocked because I didn't show up for a delivery, and they deducted a $50 fee. However, I never actually accepted the order they claimed I had when I contacted support. It’s incredibly disrespectful to the delivery driver. The strangest part is that it took them three days to notify me; other apps usually report this immediately or within minutes. I found it very odd, but there was no way to argue the point.

Compared to other delivery apps such as Roadie, the earnings on GoShare are higher. However, I believe every other delivery app I've used has a more intuitive interface. For example: no in-app navigation (and app loses tracking when switching to Google Maps), the step by step process for verifying items pulls you off the screen which shows the driver pin number to accept the items from the store, and the last screen before closing out is asking you to verify the prices of the items.

Rejected during "application" because I thought I was setting specifications for my gigs, so I put "No" on carrying "at least" 50 lbs up stairs assuming I could change it later ("at least" implies no max!) No chance to change, and it appears I can't reapply! It says they don't "feel" that GoShare is a good match, but it's all hard-coded of course. Bad/imprecise language causing confusion, blocking out good drivers that could grow the footprint!
