A lot of lazzy people working within this app, the drivers do not take the trips just because and so on, the service is low quality. a driver took a trip and he never arrived

Even though the app always gave me issues, and the drivers are always taking their sweet time to arrive after I request the trip, I used this app for years. Now, I am uninstalling it, this was the last straw, after a driver cancelled my trip without notifying me. 😤

Terrible customer service. High fare prices. Un-fare cancellation fees. Lots of fake drivers. They take a lifetime to reply to requests, and it's simply impossible to talk to a human. I was charged twice in two different rides, they refused to reimburse me even when I escalated the request on the very first day. Supposedly, they created a ticket for my case [#415], but I never received any formal answer for my request.
