The app itself is simply great. It feels like it has remedies for every type of mental issue the could be and it gives fast, kind and on point help, which I like a lot. There is however one glitch I have found so far which is in the "Automatic Thoughts" Lesson (Handling Worries & Thoughts) near the end of the lesson. The glitch is that you are not able to advance when the "I see" text appears that you are supposed to click on. I have clicked repeatedly, tried re-opening/re-starting. No good.

A really helpful app with great courses (looking forward to more on things like procrastination). I wish the app had an option to check in with Pocketcoach (like the web version) without having to do a course. It would also be nice if the steps in the course weren't locked, even if each lesson builds on eachother sometimes you need a specific strategy. It should try and address trauma, as this can be a big source of anxiety. Subtitles for audio is a must, DBT would also be nice.

Hi Christopher, we're working on adding the option to check in with Pocketcoach like the web version offers! We need to be careful when trying to address trauma as this typically warrants professional help which we Pocketcoach cannot offer at the moment. For this reason, it will take some time before we're able to help with this. Hope this helps!

The best thing about this app is it's uses a chat like with a very simple language to teach you CBT, the GIFs also gives a very human like interaction. The exercises are great, short, and straight to the point (I recommend pausing to reflect), they don't feel repetitive as not all exercises had the same voice. It's not a replacement for therapy but I think it's worth studying if it might help in lowering the number of needed sessions. Great developer team which responded to the reported bug.
