The official David Lloyd Clubs app is compatible with Android 6 or later and is free to download. The app is available in English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Catalan, Italian and German.

Ratings and reviews

There are outages on the app and the infrastructure doesn't seem to very stable at all. I get laggy behaviour, endpoints taking ages to respond, and I've been bombarded with multiple confirmation and error prompts when trying to book a class at my local club. Fingerprint reader is temperamental, I'm regularly logged out of sessions. The UX for the login screen needs work. Not sure which digital agency you guys got in to build this App, but you guys need to give them a GOOD telling off.

Glitches all of the time! Constantly stalling when trying to book classes as they open. There is a current update/bug which is only allowing me to book 8 days in advance rather than the 9 that I pay for, meaning I have been unable to book the kids clubs and crèche sessions that I wanted to (they book up within a minute) - therefore I am unable to use the gym at all over this period due to lack of childcare on these days! Bitterly disappointed - given the extortionate cost of a membership.

There are consistent errors with the app, such as not being able to order food. Today, there were two pickleball courts available in the app that could not be booked, the link to the guest pass opened the app, but nothing appeared, and the table tennis tables don't seem to be available to book. It was suggested that the table might be under badminton, which it wasn't. For a club that charges so much, the app should be a lot better.
