Credit builder It's actually a con. So this is how it works. You get a 'loan' from them and you pay it back as 'monthly fees. But here's the kicker, they don't report for the first 60 days. So nothing will be on your credit report, but you'll still have been paying. Plus if you cancel you'll owe them this imaginary load of £71. Plus after 1 year the credit builder will end (don't get first 60 days) and you'll still have to pay the subscription

Interest rate is crazy high and they put a missed payment on my credit profile when there wasn't none. Been paying it monthly just the interest rate is killing me. Can't change the date to pay your minimum monthly payments on the app.

Unable to add new card to pay my bill. Bank card number says it's wrong in red text bellow input boxes. Rang CS, they deleted my old card details and said it will now work. It doesn't. I will never ring CS number again as the awful sounds they play to us the customer is tragic and bad noise. So now I am unable to pay my card bill, and CS failed me. Not a good bank as they call it now!
