Unable to upload bank card details to repay. Have to ring up every month to make a payment. They guarantee they will use debit card for future payments then never do, I then get charged overdue payment charge. When I ring up to get this sorted I am advised this is a own management credit card account and I have to add my debit card details but I can't add bank details online to set up future payments, as this option in not offered. When I have cleared balance I will be closing account.

What a hassle doing the most basic things like making payments etc... when needing codes the app overlays the txt... will not scroll down to in put code so impossible to actually use!! I updated the app seconds ago hopefully it would fix these issues but no... nothing changed. This needs to be fixed asap considering it's an account I paid to open and cant even use!

Always rated highly , never a problem doing cash transfers now I am forced to download app on phone to generate security code, fine this was done, proceeded to complete critical purchase payment, time and time again after constantly checking all input data was correct and meticulously following instructions, repeated failure!!!! Never have I ever had this problem with using my computer, It's my money why aren't I in control ? !!!!!!!
