Absolutely unworkable credit card. Transactions and payments take days & days to appear in the app, so unless you write everything down you're never quite sure how much credit you've actually got, especially as you get near your credit limit. I was charged a £10 annual fee although it says in their adverts that there is no monthly or annual fee. Also, I cleared my balance over 2 months ago and they still haven't updated my credit file. It's like going back in time, everything is so slow.

I've been with this bank for years now but since they applied to become a bank I've been getting charged for money transfers etc. I'd stay clear as there are other company's out there that don't. I've set up another account (Revolut) and as soon as everything is set like wages etc I'll be closing this account down. They've had a ridiculous amount of money in transaction and monthly fees from me over the years. Not paying to own an account or use my money anymore.

They lost my £300. Stay away from them. What kind of bank freezes your international transfer funds for 2 weeks without any notice and sends your money back only after being contacted and has no idea where your money is? When asked for some kind of transfer proof, they can't provide it and send the same piece of paper that says they did it. Unbelievable. Been waiting and calling since June, we're at the end of September. Stay away from them, that's all I can say.
