Since the update it simply won't allow me to log in! I've cleared cache, data, even reinstalled, but after entering login details it stubbornly sits with a spinning icon. The app has been useful in the past for keeping an eye on my balance but it's not really a dedicated app, it's really no more than a website skin. It needs redesigning from the ground up to be of real use. I'll consider revising my review if the app ever gets fixed and becomes useable!
After update in Jan 2017, couldn't log in via app, (had previously been able to on previous version) circle just kept turning after login details entered. Cleared cache, and data to no avail. Logged in on phone through browser, went back to app and hey presto app now working with full functionality, much improved over previous version. However, no longer remembers username.
Latest update will not allow me to login please fix asap. But please fix it for other users as the rating is going to let you down.
