great selection of heavily discounted trainers. have not yet received my order so cannot be comment on the quality of the goods or customer service, but the website was easy to navigate and there was a wide choice of delivery options available.

First and last time I will use HIP. Ordered a pair of trainers that were shown in stock. Two days later received a text saying they had my order and were processing it. A further two days later received another message saying I'd been refunded as there was no stock. Useless bunch of wasters. Please avoid.

Notifications don't actually open the app, you then have to do it yourself and have a guess at what they wanted you to see. Also, it doesn't let you add anything to your basket instead throwing up an error. Other than that this is a great app.
