not intuitive as most mention, very poor design and navigation options also they use coordinates for navigation instead of address which takes you to wrong homes every time that's a no no

they did an update earlier this year (2026), which is causing every note from integrations to send a notification. before, it was only notifications from notes created in zuper, but now every message sent using the integrations with freshdesk is blowing up my phone

The overall idea is great. However it's a steep learning curve to use and turns out to just be more frustrating to use than the good it's actually aim to do. Highly don't recommend unless your work place forces you to use the confusion and makes your job harder.
