Suggestion to Improve Account Appearance in Albilad App Dear Albilad Team, I would like to share a suggestion to enhance the Albilad mobile app. The current version works well, but I believe the account appearance and user interface could be improved to make it more modern, clear, and user-friendly. A refreshed design for the account section would make it easier to view balances, track transactions, and navigate between services. This would improve the overall customer.

I used so many yrs was good then for now it stopped and not working even after i call them to help to open this app for me maybe it's old enough

Swipe to confirm or cancel is not working on the phone for long time, even my friends tried on their mobile says the same problem. Just for this reason again i have to login to laptop for transactions. kindly fix it. If the swipe to confirm is not working then change to click to confirm or cancel or else this app is only to display our acct.Rest everything is fine.
