Security
Your BM Online offers you a secure and trusted Mobile Banking experience through:
• User ID
• WAS authentication
• Transaction Password
1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

For the first time in all my years of banking, I've encountered an app like this. The app can't recognize the security code it generates and constantly gives an 'incorrect security code' error. I can't issue a transfer or complete any online transaction because both apps fail to generate and recognize the security code. It's truly disappointing that this is the banking service provided to customers, and even after filing a complaint, there are no solutions

Very poor experience after the latest update. I can’t log into my account even with a stable internet connection, and it keeps saying “try again later.” Transfers also fail because the Security Token app doesn’t work and shows the same error. Even ATM withdrawals and InstaPay transfers are unreliable. For a large bank, the digital services are extremely disappointing. This level of neglect and failure to fix these issues will cost the bank many customers.

The app is better now, im glade that the technical team was able to fix the issue when accessibility is turned on the app won't lauch, kindly try to fix another issue which I can't turn off the (automatic renewal of the certificate upon maturity), it gives me an error that I can't do it now and asks me to check later, but still even after a long time it's not working, please look into it, thanks.
