1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

For the first time in all my years of banking, I've encountered an app like this. The app can't recognize the security code it generates and constantly gives an 'incorrect security code' error. I can't issue a transfer or complete any online transaction because both apps fail to generate and recognize the security code. It's truly disappointing that this is the banking service provided to customers, and even after filing a complaint, there are no solutions

The app wouldn't let me login. Everytime I try to login using my credentials I get a popup telling me the version of the app is no longer supported and that I must head to the app store to get the latest version. PROBLEM IS I am in fact running the latest version! the app store only shows two options: Uninstall & Open. and the latest version number listed is 2.4.11.0 the same as the one I've currently installed. Please fix this i'm essentially LOCKED OUT of my my BANK ACCOUNT

one of the worst banking experiences you may experience ever. you can not do any transfer without another app, soft token,which you can only activate only in the bank..a step that you can not find in any bank in the world.and even if you do,they will deactivate it after a period of time and you'll have to do it again, no way you can do this stupid step online or over the phone so if you're abroad you will be stuck. the bank cancelled a debit card without notification...undependable careless bank
