For the first time in all my years of banking, I've encountered an app like this. The app can't recognize the security code it generates and constantly gives an 'incorrect security code' error. I can't issue a transfer or complete any online transaction because both apps fail to generate and recognize the security code. It's truly disappointing that this is the banking service provided to customers, and even after filing a complaint, there are no solutions

App crashes immediately after the latest update on Samsung A24 The app was working perfectly until the latest update. Now, every time I try to open it, it crashes and closes automatically. I have already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and checking my device settings, but the issue persists. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. My device is a Samsung Galaxy A24.
