Just because I lost my phone, and even after I reinstalled the app, I had to activate the wallet from scratch, like I never had it before. And every time I try to activate it, I receive the activation msg without the activation code. I’ve been contacting the bank about this issue for 3 months now, and no one knows any updates. It’s unprofessional to have money with a huge bank and not have access to it for no logical reason. In another situation, I would say I just got robbed. I have no words..

it's not working for more than three months. This is not a bank manner. I did contacting you many times but I'm always getting the same answer "We're facing some issues". it's ok to face some issues in an application but why more than 3 months you can't solve it !!!!!

It keeps notifying me that there’s an updated version available, asking whether to update or not. When I click on 'Update,' it redirects me to the Play Store, but surprisingly, there's no 'Update' option—only 'Uninstall' and 'Open.' The funniest part is that when I click 'Open,' the app just reopens and notifies me again about the update, trapping me in a loop.😭
