Unable to add my booking on the app as can't find my booking - but the booking exists on the website with the same details (possibly because my surname has a space but the app does not allow that). Also, would be more useful if loyalty information was more easily accessible.

The app service are too poor. PNR are not verified by app or website. Always show "not exists"!! I found that from ticket but if not exists then why they put it on ticket. Infact delay flight info are hide. Also there shoud add live location of flight which may help user/relatives to understand that where there beloved one are. also, check in are not available by app or web, its too disappointing! There are a lots of function should add like emirates app.

I've been using this app for 2 years it's been great for booking. but fornsome reasonnits doesn't recognise my boong pnr number in my trips. it has done so in the past
