Using this app is a horrible experience. App experienced some issues about 2 months ago and I haven't been able to log back in. I have uninstalled re download it, clear cache and still can't use the app. I have sent numerous emails about the service and all I get is an email saying the problem has been resolved. I don't even want ta rate it wit one star.

I have been unable to log in after many attempts & it's been a week. It gives an error message saying the app cannot connect to the bank. I have also cleared the cache, deleted, and re-downloaded the app on multiple occasions. It's super frustrating. Unable to log in even though my info has been accurate. Also unable to change the password and a live chat option isn't available, I called the number which kept ending the call and there's no response to my emails yet.

Unable to access after a few successful log in attempts on separate days. It gives an error message saying the app cannot connect to the bank and that you should contact customer service if the issue persists. This is after clearing the cache, deleting, and re-downloading this app on multiple occasions in the same day. Super frustrating. Update: unable to log in even though my credentials have been accurate entered. Also unable to change the password even though I received the reset code...
