I don't usually review apps, but I have to say, this one is phenomenal. We order pizza once or twice a week, typically. This app gives far fewer headaches and is so much easier than Pizza Hut, Marcos, Mazzios, or anyone else (with perhaps the exception of Dominos). Truly a great experience and kudos to the developers and folks in operations which make everything work!

Terrible app! Signs you out all the time. What's the point of having an app of it doesn't keep you logged in? Requires a hard to remember, unnecessarily complex password. Clunky to use. Changes your order in other areas if you make changes in any area, thus getting it wrong in the end. Hard to figure out what you just ordered. Casey's employees can never figure out what the order is, if you somehow manage to get it right on your end. One of the worst apps of all time!

As others have mentioned, I can't log in to the app on my phone or the website. I too get caught in a loop where I have to keep adding my phone number, email address, or check the text box. I also continue to get the promotional emails but can't redeem if I can't log into the app. Very frustrating. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling trying to create a new account, but when I put an email or phone number in, it tells me there is an account under either of those.

It sounds like there's a glitch with your account, Vicki. If you send a note to email@example.com with the email address and phone number you're trying to use, they should be able to look into this. Thanks!
