EXTREMELY buggy and slow. I had to register for their little club with 3 different phone numbers and emails before it finally worked and I was able to get their heavily advertised "$20 FREE game play!" Promo. Wasted a good 40 minutes trying to get the app to register the account successfully. Not to mention, everything eternity to load. Like clicking on messages, or profile, or basically anything, literally took 30 seconds on a loading screen before finally loading. Grade: F-

It's pretty useful I'll get notifications for free chips or maybe a free Entree or double the amount of gameplay. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because if you try to add chips to your play card through the app it can take a while and doesn't always go through. Overall, I wish they would drop the chips per game, it does vary according to the game, but even on a half-day the cheapest games are no smaller then 5.1 chips per play. I've been coming to Dave & Buster's for years

Just downloaded today and its a nice app. Easy to use, user friendly. Does what it needs to for whatever dave and buster experience you want to encounter. However, with prolonged use of the app, it slows down miserably. After a while, button presses, scrolling to different features, doesn work like the app is not responding. Ending up to force close the app and reopen it. Other than that, its good for adding credits to cards, ordering a table, whatever. If that inconvenience is fixed, ill 5 star
