Great app to track your strength gains. It is pretty accurate as far as 1RM goes, but I wouldn't treat the projection as gospel. Always use caution. I would, however, like the ability to group exercises per body part. Example: Main lift: deadlift, secondary supporting: RDLs, good mornings, etc... It would make tracking exercises a bit easier in my opinion. Overall, I do not regret upgrading to the pro version, and I would endorse anyone to use this app for strength logging.

This app is exactly what I wanted. Calculate 1 rep maxes and percentages quick and easy. Makes conjugate setup much easier. Being able to track maxes is a must with conjugate and an awesome addition to the app. The plate calculator is nice as well. Only thing that would make it better is to save multiple bars and set what plates you have to work with.

Would have been 5 stars, except for the fact that I paid for the pro version and it doesn't register - I am still bombarded with ads and can only input a limited number of exercises. Needs fixing ASAP and then it would be 5 stars.
