Worst ever. I collected the 600 points of cheesy rewards. But when I try to order with the free pizza, it just shows an error message and has been happening for months now. The worst thing is when I try to order without the free pizza it works perfectly. Mailing and calling also didn't solve the issue. There are no negative stars else this would be -5 stars.

This has the worst customer care services mainly because they only have a virtual customer assistant which is literally of no use and secondly the stores always keep the phone switched off. So they have no customer care executive in place who can help out at all! I ended up placing duplicate requests accidentally and when I was trying to cancel one of the orders, no one was available to help me out!

Worst customer support services. You cannot talk to a real person if you have any questions or complaints regarding your order. You go on running into a loop with the virtual customer assistant which gives you only a few specific options to select from. What If my concern isn't listed there? Who do I talk to? The restaurants never pick up calls. It's been quite a few times now that I had a problem and the restaurant's number is switched off or it says "they're not receiving any calls right now"
