A new simplified navigation structure organizes everything under three main sections: School, Transport, and Services, helping you find what you need quickly and easily.
With real-time notifications and alerts, you'll stay updated on your child’s whereabouts, school activities, and important reminders. Managing transport preferences, topping up catering balances, ordering books, and communicating with the school are all just a few clicks away.
The improved GEMS Genie, our built-in AI assistant, now offers even smarter support to help answer your questions and guide you through school processes more effectively.

I am very disappointed with the recent app update. It causes the app to lag, payments often fail to go through, and the app suddenly stops working or craches in the middle of a transaction, forcing me to repeat the process multiple times.

The recent update is not working well. Once we login, nothing is showing. It's all blank. Kindly fix the app. Cannot even pay the fees as no payment tabs or anything else available.

Option to add books is not working for O Level. The amount has been deducted from the credit card, but the app screen displays that it is unable to connect to the payment portal due to technical issues.

What’s new

This update brings a refreshed design and a few performance improvements to make the app easier to use and more responsive. We’ve made some layout changes for better navigation, added a couple of small features, and worked on improving overall stability. It’s a cleaner, smoother experience.
