It is a virtual reality application for mobile devices designed with several spaces:
- Space for mindfulness, breathing and relaxation
- Space for cognitive-behavioral therapy and emotion management
- Space for family members, empathy and personification
- Educational sessions on fibromyalgia
For this, several virtual environments recorded in 360º video have been designed, which can be accessed by using virtual reality glasses for mobile phones.
