Ratings and reviews

Even with the latest v 3.9.2, the app is still very slow. In this version, the app will halt after I logout the app and login again. It happens almost every time. In worst case, I have to clear the cache and restart my Samsung mobile. This has never happened in other apps on my phone. A completely new version is expected. Unlike other banking apps, it does not has link to real time chat or helpdesk for immediate assistance.

The app is forced to close after updating to Android 16. It keeps "stop working" when trying to login

Cannot use app anymore, it keeps crashing. Please fix this asap and give feedback on when a fix will be ready
