the app keeps closing before it opens. I'll "click" the icon on my android phone, it pulls up, but immediately closes. I've not been able to make mobile deposits, transfers, check accounts, anything in about a week. I am going on a trip soon and need to set trip location for debit card and can't get in to do it. otherwise I'd give 5 stars. edit.. the app still crashes/closes as soon as I click on the icon. I have 7.0.0 version and Samsung galaxy s25 ultra with all updates

Been a PSECU member for over 30 years. Always used the website and app. They are generally great! The one thing that I minded is that the account transactions are now limited to 18 months. When doing my annual taxes, after filing a 6 month extension, I could not get to the transactions for the first few months of the tax year. Ugh. I wish the transactions were available for 24 months.

To view additional transactions, please visit the Statements, Tax Forms & Documents page, where you can view or download the necessary months from your account statements.

For weeks now I can't open the app. Was fine for years, now idk what to do. I have two phones and neither can open the app, it acts like it's opening it and then it crashes, or alternatively said, it automatically closes the app before I can interact with it. Like, it'll bring up the loading screen that reads "psecu" but closes before loaded. if this crashing issue is fixed, so functionality resumes to how it normally had been for years, 5/5 stars. Until then, it's an unusable waste of space

Hi Josh, we're sorry you're experiencing issues. We have released some recent updates to the mobile application. Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the latest released version 7.1.0? You can also try powering off the device, and try relaunching the application after reboot.
