the app keeps closing before it opens. I'll "click" the icon on my android phone, it pulls up, but immediately closes. I've not been able to make mobile deposits, transfers, check accounts, anything in about a week. I am going on a trip soon and need to set trip location for debit card and can't get in to do it. otherwise I'd give 5 stars. edit.. the app still crashes/closes as soon as I click on the icon. I have 7.0.0 version and Samsung galaxy s25 ultra with all updates

Cant login. at first I thought my information was mistyped but noticed it kept saying error on the login. changed what I was putting in, for the case I was wrong or a typo occurred. then it said invalid login information, confirming to me, I was putting in the right information. I can't login to pay a bill and this isn't the first time. please update the app as I have seen numerous reviews for these types of issues for androids. Upon calling the number, the phone operator got me in and helped.

The issues start with login. I have to touch the screen several times just to get my cursor to land on the "password" field and "login" selection. The "show accounts insights" selection is missing about 20% of it's viewing space. The entire development and testing phase of this app must have been mismanaged. Focus and end user testing appear to have been severely lacking. I can't even enter my review without the screen moving beyond my typing so I can't see what is being entered. This app was actually rolled out a long time ago and you still have this? What an aweful business decision! I'm sure folks lost their jobs on this one. Wow and good luck with the customer service call volume. Update. I cant log in! The app will not let me access my account! 'An error has occurred'. The app lets me in for a moment after 3 tries and, 'an error has occurred' it knocks me back out. AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THIS!! Please, I know some fabulous apo developers and can send them your way. My numbers and letters have been bleeding through the interface since I downloaded the app. POOR!
