About this app

The Primerica Rep App was designed exclusively for Primerica Representatives to help them build and manage their businesses on the go, with or without an internet connection. Through the Primerica Rep App, Representatives can access:

• Apps to help clients with life insurance, investments, auto & home insurance, legal protection, identity theft protection, and independent business applications.

• Tools to provide quotes to clients such as a Financial Needs Analysis, life insurance needs and quotes, financial calculators, dream calculator, and saving for retirement.

• Guides to get life and securities licensed, training materials, latest company news and programs, and access to team tracking features.

• Primerica Social, which gives Representatives approved social media materials to use on their social pages.

• Tools to Representatives track, manage and grow their businesses such as Contact Manager, Digital Tools Store, Payment Center, Events, Rewards & Recognition, On Demand, Client Recruit Manager, Rep Marketing Center, Support & Feedback, and Primerica Online.

I also had a problem after the update of getting an "invalid request". I removed and reinstalled app, and I had the same problem. I then closed the "invalid request" box and hit the submit button again. Then it worked for me. Close the dialogue box, don't re-enter your password, and just hit the submit button again. Worked for me. I like all the features on the app!

As a new user, I read the reviews. I was prepared for the app to not perform well. That's exactly what's happening from the first install. From loading issues, to kicking out and removing log in info, every bit of this app isn't performing. Primerica is a multi-billion dollar franchise. There needs to be immediate action taken to actually fix and enhance the app to work across all different phone platforms. A major letdown and disappointment. The company is ignoring all recent reviews.

I downloaded the app because I need to use it for business. Yet when I try to access it, it comes up as a blank screen after loading up. I tried uninstalling and installing it several times. Please fix it. If it doesn't get fixed I have to uninstall it for good and that is not good for business (on both sides). Update...As of today I'm still waiting to be contacted by tech help. Called our tech centre and was told to leave a call back number. I did. NOTHING no call no fixes.
