Please note that Offline Mode, Group Scheduling, and Single Sign-On are not included in this version. These features are planned for future releases.

Ratings and reviews

I have high hopes for the app but there is a definite need for bug fixes. Newest bug is the note disappearing and having to create an entirely new one when going between the note and date collection. Writing the note during the session is now useless. Load times between screens is also long and sometimes it shows no data when trying to view graphed data.

There are numerous bugs that exist across platforms such as; data deleting itself, individual targets refuse to drop down from their programs after selecting them in the cog options for the program, targets just randomly disappearing from the tech's view of the programs, and the data just refusing to save at the end of a session. They do not have bug reporting/support in-app, you have to go to their website. Their representatives will tell you that bugs don't exist after weeks of problems.

this app is absolute garbage, compared to the old one. it keeps telling me I either have no appointments or that im offline, in the middle of sessions. it does not sync easily to the website, I perfer to do my notes on the computer but I can't sync it to the website without filling in my session note. and without syncing the note my data doesn't appear either.
