Freezing and Navigation Issues. not user-friendly. It keeps crashing. And every time it does, my phone asks to shut it down as it is slowing down my phone. tried to report it to their customer service and was met with incessant phone calls and emails. where is the share receipt button once you conclude on a transaction? you have to go back to the list of recent transactions to retrieve it for sharing. that's not very user friendly, is it?

STANBIC please work on these things we are complaining about. You're a big and reliable bank, but this 3.0 app doesn't speak good of you, tbh. My own observations: 1. When trying to log in to Blunest, and you click to view the password, it automatically hides back after 2 seconds 2. In-app, when you refresh, it just logs you out 3. The "eye" button that hides/reveals the wallet balance, cash balance, and investment balance is not in sync. They all operate individually. Is that necessary?

This app is not as good as the previous one. The log in is more cluttered and can be confusing. The app keeps crashing in the background. Android has even advised that I put it into deep sleep. After transfer, you can't share a receipt on the final screen! To do this you have to go through a long process hunting through menus. The UI is now also cluttered and unintuitive. Log in is also much slower.
