The app is good and has a nice interface but I've been having one problem and just want to bring it to your notice I can't save beneficiaries and its a problem People I do daily transactions with, I always have to input their account numbers everyday to be able to transfer to them which is not ideal The internet banking platform has the same problem as well. When I save the beneficiary it says it's successful but I don't see it.

This app wasn't properly tested. no instant receipt. Rather, it is a request to book transfer, who needs that after a transfers? Multiple issues with the beneficiary. No colour choice selection for dark and light node. Test properly and fix all issues. U might be losing customers soon because the issues are annoying. Reach out if u need a hand to improve the user experience.

This is my 7th year with Stanbic IBTC mutual funds and they decided to change the app to something worse than what was a much easier straightforward easy to navigate app. I redeemed funds into my wallet. Funds has been deducted but my wallet hasn't been topped. Resolve this quickly so I can rate you higher. Right now I am severely disappointed.
