Currently uninstalling and reinstalling this app. At first it was running fine, no problems. Now suddenly I'm not getting my transaction notifications until I sign into the app which defeats the purpose of setting up the notification... and the app itself takes forever to open for me to sign in, like a good 5 to 7 minutes. Hope reinstalling helps.

Absolutely insane. I opened my account Wednesday. The app worked long enough that day in the branch to take an initial $5 as a test, and to switch to electronic statements. Thursday night I wrote myself a $205 check from my account at another bank to continue filling up this account. Throughout the weekend I've been able to log in 1 out of 10 times I try. It just spins and does not load. The couple of times it did load, it showed the money as pending... in my savings account.

I've had this app for sometime now and haven't really had any problems besides it won't keep the Username saved but I can deal with that but now for weeks I can't use it at all. It keeps saying it's an untrusted connection. I sent a message to those that made the app and I have been ignored. I've been with Sunstate for several years but now I live 45 min away and can't drive in every time I need to deposit a check, I may have to change banks.
