Ratings and reviews

I prefer the previous version to this current one. The more the app is updated, the more complex it's for the users. Plus, the calendar that shows incomes and expenses are gone. Though the outlook of the current seems state-of-the-art but it doesn't responds to the user's needs at all ( at least for me). I think I'm not the only one coz we the app is so poorly rate ,just only 2 stars. I'm thinking of using new bank instead of this one coz it no longer have the function I need.

- *The new app UI is very unstable.* I've been using it for three months and every time I open the app. It keep crashing down. Very slow to lock in and the process of payment takes longer time than the previous UI. - *New app is user unfriendly. The color is too high in contrast, it strain the eyes. Plus the menu is too complicated to reach with new features.

Very disappointing at first. Rejects the personal information the Thanachart bank has had on file for over a decade. Can't even get started and I need to transfer money. However, it seems this is due to the shambolic merger of the two banks rather than the app itself. After three visits to the bank I got access to my accounts and the app is not bad at all. A plus is it shows the details of the old Thanachart accounts and account interest rates, a minus is the slightly confusing transfer process between accounts. So far the app has been reliable for me.
