I have been using this app for a while, this is the slowest banking app I ever seen and keeps logging me out due to some unknown error, thing just take too much time to load even if my internet is fast, the services provide is just basic especially the interac - e transfer doesn't even have auto deposit option, the debit card can't even be used to purchase online, and app interface is just bad they don't even have dark mode, you should make the app better to make people user your service more.

The feature to receive money from external bank accounts into my SBI account is missing from the Fund Transfer tab. I only see Interac e-Transfer and transfer to other SBI accounts. Reinstalling the app did not resolve the issue. Has the receive funds from other banks option been taken out of the application?

This feature was discontinued w.e.f 15th January 2025 from both SBICA YONO App and Internet Banking. You may use Interac e-Transfer® (Request money) functionality available on SBICA YONO App and Internet Banking to receive money from your own account maintained with any other domestic financial institution in Canada.

Lot more features need to be added like etransfer , international fund transfer , Biometric Login system. Many other tabs like services, when clicked, kick out by saying oops time out.... For app developers: If you don't understand missing stuff, just copy the RBC bank app , its feature and make the same like that. Bug free, simple and easy.
