This is nice in simplicity and task. However I think a few changes could really improve the experience. The first would be letting me adjust the length of intervals. For example I have always done this exercise as a 4 (breath in)-4(hold)-8(breath out) and the inability to make any adjustments is frustrating. Also, the vibration to indicate the movement to a new phase should be much stronger. It is easy to miss and find yourself holding your breath for 12 seconds.

Very impressed with the simplistic design and functionality. Just open the app and tap to begin a breathing exercise. The subtle vibrations really make the difference. One thing I would suggest is allowing the user to customize the length of the session. I like to use this for meditation and having to restart it constantly takes you out of it. Excited for future updates.

Very nice app. Simple (in an good way). Would be nice if one good customize the length of each segment on the cycle. For me, 8 secs breathing out is too long and seems to make me feel more anxious than calm. Also changing the number of total of cycles could be customizable.
