Easily one of the worst banking apps I have encountered and so clearly a rushed launch gone bad. Statements are inconsistent, sometimes there, sometimes not. The authentication process is unreliable, and don't even get me started on trying to transfer authentication to a new device. It's a nightmare. The app is laggy and the overall experience feels unfinished. I have contacted customer service multiple times and gotten nowhere, I stopped. Other banking apps on the market are miles ahead.

I got this app immediately after I opened my account around August 2024. It's quite fast in response and does not buffer and easy to use. I, however, would like the ability to change my login username. Also, if I can get rid of the pop-up notification about logging in with my bio data(fingerprint), it would be 100% efficient for me.

Terrible update, it has come with a legion of glitches. After opening, when one tries to do anything it crashes. I thought maybe by installing & reinstalling the issues will go away, I realised too late it was a bad move, I can't log in, I'm completely locked out! I went to one of their branches but to no avail. What is also surprising, their staff including CS on phone don't seem to know there is a problem with the updated app.
