I got this app immediately after I opened my account around August 2024. It's quite fast in response and does not buffer and easy to use. I, however, would like the ability to change my login username. Also, if I can get rid of the pop-up notification about logging in with my bio data(fingerprint), it would be 100% efficient for me.

this app keeps hanging at startup on my samsung a32. keeps crashing. has embarassed me multiple times at stores when i can't have access to my money. it can't even detect that i am online and i have to turn wifi/mobile off then on for it to detect i am offline. also extremely slow. i am leaving absa bank because of this amongst other inconsistencies. not reliable

Username and password is confusing at times. Getting into my account is hard via the app. Is it possible for the app logins to change and also for the app interface to be more user friendly. Make it simple to use. Currently it is discouraging to use the app.
