The app is good but please, next when updating it, give an option to type in date of birth. The redundancy tapping the back arrow can be tedious, especially for us who are aged. Thank you

Tried using it, Everytime I come back to log in, it shows error, I have uninstalled and installed over 10 times, same issue. The functions are limited, I can not deposit money on my mobile, change phone number or change password. The developer needs to work on these issues.

Very limited functionality. You cannot change address, phone number, or update anything else. Cannot send email, cannot lock account, cannot chat. Customer service is inept and very unresponsive I wonder if they even pay attention to these reviews. This is way too substandard. Update 1: I have downgraded my rating to one star. If there was zero I would gladly do that. They have a customer service number that no one answers . I expect nothing less from something created by an African bank.
