The app is good but please, next when updating it, give an option to type in date of birth. The redundancy tapping the back arrow can be tedious, especially for us who are aged. Thank you

Every time you click anywhere, it takes 5 seconds to load, to go to the next part, to come back... It's really frustrating when you're on low battery and stranded.

Hey team, The new update (version 10.0.0) keeps saying “App is not responding.” Also, it would be great if you could add a “Secret Questions” option after successful login on the Absa Uganda Mobile App, just like we have on the web app (absa.co.ug/personal). That would make the app feel a lot safer. thanks.
