I went to try and view what I ha e remaining on my loan and how many payments I have remaining, and I cannot view anything. I click on app, it brings me to the biometric screen, I scan my print, and it goes to the "acima" screen.... nothing else. Then it automatically sends me a code via text without me doing anything. It's frustrating that I cannot see anything of mine.

DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION FOR ANY LEASING!!!! Recently, I was charged a $25 EXTRA FEE just because my card didnt have enough money 🫥 it wasnt past the due date either. I still had time to pay. When i told then it was ridiculous that theyre charging me $25 extra dollars for having a dollar less than what I needed, they did not even try to help me. I urge everybody to stay away from this app. There is much better leasing apps out there that wont come out with the bs that Acima comes up with.

The app is absolutely terrible. You have to jump through hoops for everything. every time you minimize the app, say to check the text for the every present sign in code, then it signs you completely out. You can't make any adjustments at all unless you call them and we all know how we like to make phone calls these day. and the app itself is glitchy. It freezes, won't let me switch between my leases, and doesn’t even open half of the time to begin with.
