I went to try and view what I ha e remaining on my loan and how many payments I have remaining, and I cannot view anything. I click on app, it brings me to the biometric screen, I scan my print, and it goes to the "acima" screen.... nothing else. Then it automatically sends me a code via text without me doing anything. It's frustrating that I cannot see anything of mine.

This is an awesome leasing program!!! As long as you pay it off in 3 months your items won't cost as much as at 12 months. I really like this option.... I was introduced to it by my optometrist's office and, ever since then, it's been a lifesaver!!! I bought my glasses and some much- needed car accessories as well.... I highly recommend!!!

I won't recommend acima. they are looking for people as stupid as I was! they don't tell u in the contract what you are going to deal with. originally it was a once a month payment, they fraudulently made it twice monthly for the same amount, thieves!! then they go ahead to add payments when in actual facts I had fully paid. im trying to get the bank get me full records of their payments and start a court proceeding. this is a scam. they won't fix their app because they don't want you to know!!
