Axter MOBIUS is a mobile application developed to facilitate the connection of citizens and businesses with the administration in the form of municipalities, regional administrations, etc. The application enables submission of applications for administrative services entirely from a mobile device, thanks to integration with state-of-the-art means of mobile identification, electronic payments and communication channels with the administration. Every application submitted can be tracked through the mobile app and every step can be completed without the need for another device.

KEY FUNCTIONALITIES
- Completely mobile and secure identification, through our partners and leaders in the field of mobile e-identification - Eurotrust Technologies AD and Borika AD
- Innovative forms optimized for mobile devices, allowing easy and quick filling without the need for other software to open and fill out the application.
- Making the payment for the administrative service through familiar methods such as ePay.bg, EasyPay cash register, virtual POS terminal or the national system for e-payments pay.e-gov.bg.
- Access to the electronic documents issued as a result of the submitted applications, anywhere and at any time.
SECURITY
- The application's data and capabilities are only accessible after successful identification with the means of mobile and secure identification.
- The connection between the application and the administration is made through an encrypted communication channel.
- Documents and user applications are stored in encrypted storage with limited access.
- Application data is not stored on the mobile device.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
More than 60 municipal administrative services, 20 services to regional administrations and services aimed at specialized administrations such as agencies are available in the application. The list of services offered is constantly being expanded and the available forms are being updated to match the e-governance ministry maintained templates.
INTEGRATED ADMINISTRATIONS
A large number of municipal administrations with a vision for e-governance are integrated with the application.
