Ratings and reviews

No she's with the app with the service is terrible. It's rare that I have a session run more than 20 minutes without being cut off unexpectedly. About half of the stations I've ever used are completely in serviceable but don't tell you until it doesn't charge. Almost every time I have to call customer service to get any charging working.

Awkward. When I searched app by the name on the charger, I get an app for pregnancy/period tracker. Finally got to this this app and it's weird all around. Potentially developed by offshore contractor. Wallet amount is displayed like $10.0 instead of $10.00. Charging cost on app shows as 0.5USD. Purchase confirmation email shows 10.00$. It's all over the places and none looks right. This is not the kind of app I want my credit card info.

To use the app you need to pre fill a card/wallet instead of just paying what you use. I don't like how they'll always be a balance. It's a waste of money. If you don't use their app they 50.00 deposit. It's a terrible service they need to improve.
