Can charge through the app, but it's hardly seemless. With other services, you can just scan a QR code and pay as you go. However, Flo makes you either use GPS or find the charger manually on the map every time, and they make you deposit money into your account as credit. Plus the app doesn't show the hourly rate which can be complicated and lead to it always being a bit of a mystery how much a session will cost

Hit and miss. When the app works it allows to charge with several network. Unfortunately, it does not always work, so it is hard to rely on. Support is very hard to reach. The android auto app is wonky at best. Totally unusable. I had to call their "immediate support" twice over the last 6 months. It took 35 minutes the first time and the issue was not solved. The second time, I gave up after over 1 hour on hold. I give up and recommend subscribing with each supplier. Much more reliable.

App notifications weren't workin probably, it failed to notify charge complete, and car stayed overnight with 10x bigger bill than usual, almost entirely idle fees, no real charge transferred. CS first admitted the issue over the phone, then refused to refund. It happened twice and they don't want to take ownership of the issue. 2 stars to the app, 1 star to customer service.
