Capable yet frustrating It is fairly easy to find products and see inventory levels. My issue is with checking out. Routinely, I get a message that "something went wrong. Contact web support" So I restart the app and find my cart is empty. I go through the entire process again. Get an error, restart, and then it works. The order is processed. I get an email confirming the order. 15 minutes later I get an email nagging me about items in my cart!!

Can not find where to setup finger print or face ID. Older version had that. Have to sign in with password ever time. When using app, message at top of screen advised to open app even though app is open. When pushing open app, you are logged out. App continually advises to do update; even after update has been completed. I gave it 2 stars because I am able to look up product

ever since the most recent update it doesn't give me the option for fingerprint login. even though it's saved in my Samsung pass account the option just never pops up when I open the app. it makes me type email and password manually every time I open the app. please fix this
