Capable yet frustrating It is fairly easy to find products and see inventory levels. My issue is with checking out. Routinely, I get a message that "something went wrong. Contact web support" So I restart the app and find my cart is empty. I go through the entire process again. Get an error, restart, and then it works. The order is processed. I get an email confirming the order. 15 minutes later I get an email nagging me about items in my cart!!

this app is just terrible. it forced me to do an update, which meant I had to reset my password because I forgot it. I kept trying to reset my password, and it kept saying something was wrong. it says not to use any special characters in the password on the screen where you reset. but when I called in for help, the guy told me I had to use a special character. This is highly confusing and should be fixed ASAP. oh and the app still doesn't work now. just spins and spins when I try to log in

your new system is god awful. an hour or more at the branch to pick up 1 thing. God forbid I need a 40k order. you cancel.orders before they are complete. you ship us back equipment that was exchanged under warranty. systems depot is looking better and better
