Suddenly stopped working on my Samsung S10. App support stated that the app was not compatible with my phone. This is a ridiculous answer as the app was working perfectly and suddenly stopped. If it was not compatible, the app store would not allowed it to be downloaded. I tried all the available solutions but the app refuses to load as it loops back to the sign in page when trying to load. Very frustrating.

it seems like a decent enough, user friendly app. MY ISSUE: Doesn't work (can't 'add device') with my existing Honeywell Home stats, even though they're the same co. Had I known this upfront, I would not have purchased their new tstat. now I get to use 2 different apps, to control 2 Honeywell Stats, at the same location. decent enough app and stat, but really poor product integration.

this app was working , I accidentally logged out, and that was the last time I was able to use it 3 weeks ago. I get an error that it's not optimized to run on android. I reached out to support. but nothing. do your self a favor and buy something else. update 10.13 - still unable to use the app, called support and emailed. still nothing, all apps are updated, phone at the latest version.
