The app is a buggy mess. It is slow and the majority of the time it fails to read data from the alarm panel. And I've used it with MANY different alarm panels, different models and different Internet connections (Cellular, WiFi, Ethernet), different installation locations, so it isn't an issue with the panel. It is an issue with the app or the online services. Plus the app is constantly begging me to opt-in to marketing emails when I am just trying to arm/disarm.

This app sucks. Has relatively frequent connection issues. Instead of logging in automatically, it often redirects to the login screen and then asks me the same stupid voice control prompts that I have denied no less than 40 times now. I DO NOT WANT YOUR IDIOTIC VOICE CONTROL!!! STOP F-ING ASKING ME!!! and now I currently cannot access my system because it says I need to update the app, but the Play Store says the app is up to date. Incompetent development at best. Wish there was another option.

Works well, with a random connection glitch occasionally. It can be annoying, as it keeps bugging me to enable voice controls. I have said no multiple times, yet the prompt pops up from time to time. Using voice commands is actually slower and takes more steps than just arming or disarming the system.
