I think the app should have the ability to send notifications if your alarm is going off. I'm tired of getting voicemails saying you're sending a cop to check out our church when it's not necessary. Our alarm goes off for random reasons and at the worst times (usually middle of night). A simple push notification when the alarm is set, unalarmed, or tripped would solve so many of our issues.

The app has not improved in the last few years and actually managed to get worse! I recently changed from phones from a Samsung S10 to an S25. No matter how many times I've tried, the app says incorrect username or password. Despite the fact that the username and password is correct. My wife's IPhone is able to sign in & monitor our devices and my old S10 does as well. So now I have to carry 2 phones just to monitor our alarm. Really a poorly designed app and one I can't recommend!

Notifications do not work. Instead of getting realtime updates when something happens, you'll need to wait 10-15 minutes for the system to properly process what it saw. Do not expect the same reliability from Google/Ring cameras. Also when you do get notifications they don't actually open when you click them. It brings you to the live camera feed (if it works) and then you have to go to the specific notification in the app.
