Ratings and reviews

App has a fair amount of issues. Many times I have armed or disarmed the system using the app and it did not actually do it. I have set off the alarm because the app has said it was off when it wasn't really. By the time the doorbell camera alerts me that there is someone at my door, I open the app, and it finally loads and connects the person has left. I appreciate what the app is attempting to do, I just wish it would do it better.

Works great when it logs in. Two accounts on two different Androids, same issue signing in "taking a bit longer than expected". It's a shame as the app itself is good but it fails to connect despite phones having good connections and it is not all the time. I believe it is on their server or connection side. The then voice control and geofence which geofence never works and the voice I do not want.

The app is AWFUL! Constant issues with connecting to the security panel to bypass zones. I tried over 650 times (not a misprint or exaggeration) to connect to the panel and still not successful. I cleared the cache and data, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST app ever!!!
