The app is AWFUL! Constant issues with connecting to the security panel to bypass zones. I tried over 650 times (not a misprint or exaggeration) to connect to the panel and still not successful. I cleared the cache and data, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail. If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST app ever!!!

The app is a buggy mess. It is slow and the majority of the time it fails to read data from the alarm panel. And I've used it with MANY different alarm panels, different models and different Internet connections (Cellular, WiFi, Ethernet), different installation locations, so it isn't an issue with the panel. It is an issue with the app or the online services. Plus the app is constantly begging me to opt-in to marketing emails when I am just trying to arm/disarm.

The app says I have 3 alarms. one for smoke detectors, one for a back door and another for a motion detector, none of which appear on the alarm panel. The app also says there's a communication failure between my phone and the panel, although I can make changes from my phone and hear them beep on the panel. I can also open the panel from my phone and it shows connected and I can make changes. This app used to be fine but sucks now
