Ratings and reviews

Not sure where to start from. - The application is unstable, multiple popup screens when trying to access confusing error messages !! - The application sometime is out of sync with the security module ( meaning sometimes I leave and set to arm away while the system is not being set properly!!) - Reseting the password is confusing + misleading . Each time I update my password,I get the essage ( failed to update ) bu, it's doing the update behind the scene - I have to delete the app to update!!

This app is junky. When my alarm is sounding and I need to shut it off, it's glitchy.. sometimes it will disarm other times it needs to be reset, sometimes it needs to be reset several times before it works. When arming the system, sometimes it seems as if you have fully armed, but you better check! Sometimes it doesn't. It constantly asks for a rating, which is truly annoying when you have left a review and a rating already Update! Two years later and I have downgraded it to 1 star. No change

The app lacks stability. There are often connection problems even with 5 bars of Verizon service. Arming and disarming sometimes takes forever. The voice control feature is good, but the arm/disarm process sometimes takes forever. Sometimes I need to close and reopen the app to get an accurate status reading. When disarming I find sometimes it doesn't show disarmed, but if I close and reopen the app it does. It often logs me off the app while in the process of arming or disarming. Very bad.
