App consistently forgets biometric/fingerprint info if not used for approximately 45-60 days, and refuses to work with Google Password Keeper, forcing you to manually input the information each time! This isn't the first or second time I've mentioned this flaw yet it still hasn't been sorted. It's simpler to use the website, which DOES actually work with the password keeper.

what's wrong with your app? it says I lost connection when trying to log in. But I'm online and surfing all other sites? Don't blame my connection bc your app isn't working. Ever since the smart meters got replaced bill has doubled and been without power so much and now app not working. What are you doing with all the millions that you are over charging customers?

doesn't let me log in anymore. the old app worked perfectly fine but now i can't pay my bill from my phone. this is dumb. theres no reason to break something that works perfectly.
