The only reason I downloaded this app is because I was told by a representative that I could monitor my exact usage every 15 minutes and that it would populate on the app that way I could see exactly what time of the day I was using the most energy. Imagine my disappointment when I opened it to find actually less information than the monthly bill I receive. The website also just has more information in general. If you need help, just go there instead of using this app.

Was great until whatever they did messed up the whole thing and quit allowing me to access my account or even get a password reset request emailed to me because of being forced to download on a different device. It's now pure garbage! I can't use the previous version because the app won't let me. I can't use the new version downloaded on a new device because it won't send me the link to reset my password or even take the current password!!! COMPLETE JUNK!!!! FIX IT!!!!

Autofill feature is essential with more complex password requirements, and this app somehow manages to both, mess it up and make the login experience frustrating. Once you're granted entry then it's a useful app. When you use autofill, the app will clear either your password or user id when you try to use it. this forces you to try and type up everything to log in.
