Welcome to a better way to manage your account with our customer mobile app. You can view and pay your bill, report an outage, check outage status, manage your accounts, view billing history, and more! Use the "Remember me" feature to make login a breeze. Everything is now at the touch of your fingertips.

Works Great! Reads fingerprint to open. Prolly cuz mine is not a flip phone, lol

I tried using the fingerprint login, that I set up when 1st installing. It would not work. It used to work. I had to uninstall then reinstall. Now the fingerprint is working. There was no update or anything so it was mind boggling that it had to be uninstalled & reinstalled for it to work. Holding my breath on it working next month when I try to log in to pay my bill.

Smart meter installed a month ago. AEP says how wonderful it is and what it can do. App has no way to access meter function. It just gives monthly usage like it always has. Not so smart...
