Ratings and reviews

Very tempermental app. Works once and then doesn't the next few tries. Sometimes you can report an outage, but only if you're willing to possibly pay $38. You should not have to pay for reporting that you're not getting service.

Love this app and can pay my bill without leaving my home. Look up my account, report outages, and see useful information about lowering my bill and much more!

can't log in using saved password. it deletes what you enter as username when you click in the password box. I just want to pay my bill.
