have not been able to log into this app for months. requested user name, reset password multiple times and it still refuses to accept anything. It acts like I've not typed in my name and password

Well, it's 12/25, still won't let me sign in on the app. what's the point of it? Oh, you can pay on their website... where the greedy bastards charge you to make a payment. Come on already! Stop ripping of people! Most of the time it says it can't access my information and won't even sign in. 5/8/22 - still doesn't work, pretty useless. 6/8/23 - useless

won't let me pay my bill, just keeps making use the thumbprint scan over and over and over. why won't it work? ive tried the login and password.

Updated messaging to clarify the difference between updating saved payment methods for one-time payments and recurring (autopay) payments. Also, we enabled outage verification letter requests.
