Well, it's 12/25, still won't let me sign in on the app. what's the point of it? Oh, you can pay on their website... where the greedy bastards charge you to make a payment. Come on already! Stop ripping of people! Most of the time it says it can't access my information and won't even sign in. 5/8/22 - still doesn't work, pretty useless. 6/8/23 - useless

thanks for putting out a App that covers just about any question .paying online is less stressful than sending a payment thru the mail. keep up the work aep.

it's very easy to use, I like being able to see my bill early.
