Well, it's 12/25, still won't let me sign in on the app. what's the point of it? Oh, you can pay on their website... where the greedy bastards charge you to make a payment. Come on already! Stop ripping of people! Most of the time it says it can't access my information and won't even sign in. 5/8/22 - still doesn't work, pretty useless. 6/8/23 - useless

have not been able to log into this app for months. requested user name, reset password multiple times and it still refuses to accept anything. It acts like I've not typed in my name and password. edit 2 months later and it still isn't working

It doesn't allow you to log in! 2 years later and it's back to not allowing me to sign in! As much as we have to pay you would think we would be allowed to sign in! 😕
