Well, it's 12/25, still won't let me sign in on the app. what's the point of it? Oh, you can pay on their website... where the greedy bastards charge you to make a payment. Come on already! Stop ripping of people! Most of the time it says it can't access my information and won't even sign in. 5/8/22 - still doesn't work, pretty useless. 6/8/23 - useless

My favorite thing about this app is the fact that at any given time, it just won't work. A server will disconnect, a page won't load, a button won't go to the next page or link, etc. Though, they won't miss a chance to add any fee imaginable to your bill.

App is, and has been broken for a while. Unable to log in, type, or use biometrics to log in. Attempted to recover user and password info, buttons are not responsive. This app is useless.
