won't let me pay my bill, just keeps making use the thumbprint scan over and over and over. why won't it work? ive tried the login and password.

Well, it's 12/25, still won't let me sign in on the app. what's the point of it? Oh, you can pay on their website... where the greedy bastards charge you to make a payment. Come on already! Stop ripping of people! Most of the time it says it can't access my information and won't even sign in. 5/8/22 - still doesn't work, pretty useless. 6/8/23 - useless

still less than zero, they changed the app and broke it and made it awful and useless. youd be better off hooking up a stationary bike and generating your own electricity at home.
