Ratings and reviews

After the first 2 gift cards, the point accrual slows down, and it takes longer to attain the reward. And the game challenges don't calculate correctly. I play Design HOME and one of the challenges is get 4.5+ stars on 10 designs to get so many points, it hasn't counted past 4 and I've won far more than 10 design challenges. It's very discouraging. I'm strongly considering deleting this app, because it feels like I'm wasting my time.

for the most part this app is good. there are a few annoying hiccups. it's great at giving daily points but recently after hitting goals with bigger points given, it seems the only way to get your points is to contact support. I usually wait several days before doing this because it says it can take 24 hours to hit, but almost never does. the other thing I dislike is that larger points are given by installing a new game almost daily. who has the space or time for all those games.

I once rated a 5 but recent changes have made it impossible to earn points. Most games give you 30 days to complete tasks. You almost have to play full-time to complete. Most of the points you can get come from purchases, not playing. I don't play to spend money. I've had a great experience in the past and earned many gift cards. I'm just finishing up a few games and will be removing app. You do have great cust svc.
