I have been using Afriex for nearly a year. Most of the time the app works fine, But it's not perfect. They have lost money that I sent. The money was taken from my bank account and the person I sent it to never got it, But no one can seem to get the money back or tell me what happened. My account has been frozen for no reason, and the conversion rate has slowly gotten worse, so less and less of my money actually goes to who I'm sending it to. Today I noticed they added a fee just to send money.

This application cannot verify my account inspite sending money into my account to verify. I entered the exact amount and the system kept saying the amount can't be verified. There is a serious problem with the account verification process. Tried it severally. Download, delete, download same results. Can't verify the exact amount sent to my debit card. Very frustrating.

Very useless app. The interface is so horrible and very difficult to operate. The money transfer has never been successful, returns error message each time I attempt to transfer money. Support people were unable to fix it having chatted with them and raised a ticket. I received an email that it is resolved but that's not true.The good thing is that I have never been debited. Once you add your debit card, there is no option to remove it again except if you want to add more new card. That's weird!
