I have been using Afriex for nearly a year. Most of the time the app works fine, But it's not perfect. They have lost money that I sent. The money was taken from my bank account and the person I sent it to never got it, But no one can seem to get the money back or tell me what happened. My account has been frozen for no reason, and the conversion rate has slowly gotten worse, so less and less of my money actually goes to who I'm sending it to. Today I noticed they added a fee just to send money.

I've been using Afriex for almost two years, but, I must confess, I abandoned it because of the way it was giving me difficulty last year, every time I have to logged on, it will be telling me to change my password, take selfie, call Customer Service, that made me to withdrew to another platform. As I tried it today, it has improved drastically, and I love it like this. The transaction speed is impressive! Keep it up! The app is user friendly.

This application cannot verify my account inspite sending money into my account to verify. I entered the exact amount and the system kept saying the amount can't be verified. There is a serious problem with the account verification process. Tried it severally. Download, delete, download same results. Can't verify the exact amount sent to my debit card. Very frustrating.
